First Grade’s Christmas Around the World Day! Students traveled aboard Christmas Airlines to learn about the celebrations, traditions, and symbols related to countries around the world.
So proud of these kids! As their Christmas giving project, Mrs. Pray's class raised almost $50 to help supply clean drinking water for villages in Sudan (inspired by our last read aloud) and collected items for the Peoria Children’s Home!
Yesterday, we had the WCHS Madrigal Singers visit LGS. They were so good! Kids especially loved their 12 Days of Christmas rendition!
Mrs. Patton’s and Mrs. Bridgeman’s class hosted some WCHS students that helped illustrate their writing! Awesome project!!
