Picture day is tomorrow, Thursday, September 19! All students and staff will have their picture taken. In the coming weeks an order form will be sent home with a proof the the picture! Pack your smile!

Move Mining Project - Students interested in competing in a national competition are invited to an informational meeting 10th period on Sept 26 in the Commons. Students produce a 3 minute video promoting the mining industry; winners can earn prizes ranging from $25-$1000!
8th grade baby pics for the yearbook are being collected until Oct 4. Please send in a picture with the student's name and PAWS teacher, or email Mrs. Allaman (d52lalla@d52schools.com) with a full size digital copy.
Also, if you have pictures of WMS students you would like to submit for the yearbook, please email them to Mrs. Allaman. Please make sure they are actual full size pictures.

Today we welcomed students to school with a flash mob. All in good fun to support the PTC. When I say “we” I mean these fantastic staff members!

The Washington Panthers ran some very fast times at the Pekin Mini Illini XC Meet today. Congrats to Addie (16th in Open) and Jayne (20th in Varsity) on bringing home some hardware!
The Varsity Baseball Game at Dunlap Valley has been moved back to a 4:45 start time. Bus leaves WMS at 3:00.
