LGS is pre-registering kindergarten students for the

2024-2025 school year!

Age requirements: Children who are residents of the district and turn 5-years-old on or before September 1, 2024.

Pre-registration : Kindergarten Pre-registration begins on Monday, February 5th. Click here to fill out the pre-registration form.

Schedule screening: After you pre-register, call Lincoln Grade School at 309-444-2326 to set up an appointment. Screening will take place on Thursday, April 25 & Friday, April 26.

Documents required to pre-register: These can be dropped off at the LGS office after you have filled out the pre-registration form above. Office hours are M-F from 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

❏ 2 Proofs of Residency

❏ Medical Requirements:

❏ IL Eye Exam

❏ IL Dental Exam

❏ Physical with updated immunizations

Examples of Proofs of Residency :

(Provide Office with 1 POR from Category 1 and 1 POR from Category 2 OR 2 POR from Category 1)

Category 1

  • Mortgage Document (Homeowners)

  • Current Lease (signed and dated-Must include contact phone number for landlord) address

  • Property Tax Bill (most recent) Policy

  • Most recent gas, electric or water bill listing current address

Category 2

  • Driver’s License or State Identification card

  • Vehicle Insurance Card with

  • Home/Rental Insurance

  • Paycheck or pay stub
