Opening Night for High School Musical Jr at WMS! Cast and crew should use the bus loading zone door (north) prior to the show. Family and friends should use the main entrance. Healthy Minds, Healthy Neighborhoods Event hosted by District 50.
Learn how to best support the Social-Emotional needs of our student populations. This is a great event for administrators, teachers, parents, caregivers, and community leaders to come together and identify how we can support the students we serve.
Participants will receive a free meal and benefit from discussion with families, teachers, and community leaders about ways to help our children learn how to form strong relationships, make friends, communicate with others, and resolve conflicts.

Today Mrs. Wentz's class met with children's author & illustrator, Donna Carr Roberts who wrote the Pacific Book Best Children's Book of '19, "The Adventures of Mr. Fuzzy Ears". She read the book to them, shared her process for writing & brought in one of the main characters!

Our very own local expert, Mr. Zimmerman, visited WMS to talk about his job and the “Move Mining Next Gen Challenge.” Students have been challenged to research and present to a world audience how important minerals are to their daily lives.
Mrs. Isbell and Miss Toaddy presenting ”A call for Change”, a student lead project on impacting the community to the Washington Rotary club. Great job!
District 52 will be using Connected Learning Days this year in place of emergency days.
